Collective Resource educates and provides services to restaurants, schools, businesses and residents to help reduce their landfill use through composting. Services include door-to-door pickup for food scraps and other compostables which is then delivered to a commercial composter in Chicago.

The Resource Center is a non-profit environmental education organization that has led the way in demonstrating innovative techniques for recycling and reusing materials. As Chicago’s first and largest non-profit recycler, the Resource Center operates community drop-off sites and recycling services throughout the city. The Resource Center guarantees that they will recycle 99% of the materials they pick up.
